Jenny writes dark fiction that her mother hates. Her stories and essays have appeared in Across the Margin, Pantheon, Shimmer, Black Denim Lit, Skive, and others. When she’s not writing her own stuff, she’s reading mysteries for Criminal Element. When she’s not writing fiction or reviews, she’s writing/directing/performing/designing plays at Springs Ensemble Theatre.
you’re just too good
That’s very nice of you to say.
Wow. This is a really unique way to look at higher education and city life in general.
Nicely written Jenny.
Jenny, what you wrote expresses something so raw, so true… Beautifully written!
Bam! Thumbs up!
Thanks for another cool piece!
Nice one Jenny, may I use this piece in my 21st Century Literature class? My students could certainly relate to this one since we have lots of homeless people living on streets and under the bridge in Manila.
